Skoda x Marcantonio: “This Way”

Milan Design Week | AR Experience

Role: AR Producer, Interactive Experience Lead

Production: Sila Sveta | Dev: EVR.Systems

A large-scale phygital installation presented during Milan Design Week (2025). The project combined a monumental sculpture by Italian artist Marcantonio with an immersive digital layer.

I led the production team for the interactive experience, with seamless synchronization between AR content and the physical object as the key objective. We transformed the Skoda stand into a living ecosystem where visitors could see digital elements interacting with real form through their devices, expanding the boundaries of classical art perception.

AI Beauty Bot: Influence Beauty x MONA

AI bot Dev | Nano Banana

Role: General Producer | Dev: SnapyFit

Tech: Custom AI development (Nano Banana model)

Development and production of a custom AI bot for the Influence Beauty x MONA collaboration on Yandex Music. The main challenge was prompt engineering capable of transferring complex, highly detailed artist makeup to user photos.

The bot became a viral marketing tool with over 150,000 unique users and 160,000+ generations in a short period. The project proved the effectiveness of generative AI in beauty, delivering precise facial mapping and preserving portrait identity during digital makeup transfer.

AI Astana Museum: Neural Labs

Museum Installations | AI Education

Role: General Producer | AI R&D: Palatine Vision

Development and launch of a series of interactive educational installations for the Museum of the Future in Astana. The project was designed to demystify AI technologies through clear, hands-on user experience.

A computer vision demonstration where the system identifies objects, reads emotions, and analyzes micro-expressions in real time, overlaying neural “AI gaze” filters on visitors.

NLP Unit

Neural Language Processing Installation

An installation visualizing tokenization and vectorization of natural language across three languages. Visitors see their words transform into numerical data and semantic clusters in real time.

Impact: Turned complex AI concepts into an accessible, playful format, helping broad audiences understand how modern LLM and vision models work.

Trinitron Connect I: Red Room

Interdisciplinary Installation

Concept: A retro-futuristic project about digital memory and personal journey in the industry through CRT aesthetics, motion capture, and AI.

Red Room | Computer Vision Installation

Story: The installation deconstructs the viewer’s image in real time and outputs it to a grid of retro monitors, turning observation into a dialogue between physical presence and digital memory.

Focus: Facial CV analysis, portrait distortion and reconstruction, and theatrical light dramaturgy inside the “Red Room”.

Trinitron Connect II: Phygital Desk

Phygital Desk | AI-driven Object Dialogue

Story: A phygital producer-desk installation where AI recognizes objects touched by visitors and triggers real-time responses from a digital avatar.

Focus: Object detection, scripted system reactions, and a personalized viewer journey through memory artifacts and labor interfaces.

Impact: The project became a standout event at the “Cabinets” exhibition, showing how AI can be used to build deeply emotional and autobiographical narratives.

Yandex Cloud: Interactive XR Architecture

Concept: An immersive learning environment for Yandex Cloud engineers. The project visualizes abstract cloud infrastructure and turns server architecture design into an intuitive spatial constructor.

Key Elements:

Spatial Workshop: In MR headsets, users physically assemble data architecture from 3D modules (databases, load balancers), building system connections in space.

Contextual AI & Voice: AI monitors errors in real time, then generates personalized post-session audio summaries via Yandex SpeechKit.

Impact: Reduced onboarding time for complex systems through spatial cognition, creating an innovative training format for high-tech teams.

Influence Beauty: Brand Launch 360

Content 360 | Creative Direction | AR

Scope: Creative Strategy | CGI Production | AR Filters | 360 Content

Concept: A global launch for Influence Beauty that redefined mass-market cosmetics. We created a visual universe where high technology (space, cyberpunk, bionics) becomes part of everyday beauty rituals. The goal was a 360 content ecosystem expressing the brand’s DNA across all channels.

Key Elements:

Futuristic CGI Ecosystem: Built the brand’s visual language with Synthact. We produced high-detail CGI films integrating products into futuristic landscapes and biomorphic structures to position the brand as “beauty from the future.”

Augmented Reality (AR) Identity: Developed AR tools that instantly immerse users in the brand universe, extending product textures and materiality into interactive digital reality.

Content Strategy: Produced the full visual pipeline from campaign strategy to interactive formats, ensuring seamless brand presence across all digital channels.

Impact: The launch became a benchmark case. We built a strong, instantly recognizable visual code that drove virality and secured a niche of “accessible futurism” in beauty.

Global Tour | Motion Capture | Stage Design

Role: Producer of Motion Capture & CGI Integration

Production: SETUP | EVR.Systems

Technology: OptiTrack / Xsens Mocap | Unreal Engine | Transparent LED

Concept: Visual storytelling for Mahmut Orhan’s world tour. The project merges live performance with a digital world through real-time motion capture, blurring the boundary between the physical DJ and digital avatars.

Key Elements:

Real-time Digital Avatars: Produced complex mocap sessions for artist and dancer avatars. Using Unreal Engine, digital doubles mirrored movement on massive transparent LED screens to create the presence of virtual entities on stage.

Cinematic CGI Characters: Integrated detailed CGI characters (including signature “digital dogs”) interacting with SETUP’s lighting design. Each track became a distinct visual chapter with custom cloth and particle simulation.

Technical Orchestration: Coordinated technical teams (EVR for render pipeline, SETUP for lighting) to guarantee stable mocap data flow across world-tour venues.

Impact: One of the most technologically advanced shows in electronic music, proving motion capture can be a core dramaturgical tool, not just a visual effect.

Interactive AR Experience | Real-time Lighting Control

Client: Coachella Music Festival

Production & Technical Solution: EVR.Systems

Awards: Winner of Event.ru — "Best Use of Innovative Technologies"

Concept: A breakthrough in interactive festival technology. For the first time at Coachella, two-way communication was created between audience mobile devices and physical stage equipment. Together with EVR.Systems, we turned passive listeners into active co-authors of the light show.

Key Elements:

Bidirectional AR Control: Built a WebAR system for controlling lighting parameters and LED content, letting users affect the physical stage environment in real time.

Low-Latency Architecture: Used EVR proprietary low-latency solutions to deliver smartphone signals to the lighting console in milliseconds.

Generative Visual Layers: Synchronized generative AR visuals with live artist performances.

Impact: A global precedent in live events that established a new standard for “democratized show control,” where the audience becomes a co-composer of visual performance.

Location: Maison Champs-Élysées, Paris / Global

Concept: A global Louis Vuitton x Yayoi Kusama collaboration delivered through immersive technology. The goal was to turn the historic Champs-Élysées facade and boutique interiors into interactive canvases accessible to every visitor via smartphone.

Key Elements:

Architecture-Scale WebAR: Together with EVR.Systems, we developed a “paint-the-building” mechanic. Via WebAR, users interacted with the Maison Champs-Élysées facade in real time using Kusama dot patterns.

Multiplayer Gamification: Introduced game mechanics into retail space. Visitors collected digital art objects (iconic Kusama pumpkins) in AR, increasing dwell time and engagement.

Global Scalability: Optimized WebAR to run on any device with no app install, enabling rollout across LV flagship boutiques worldwide with stable in-browser 3D rendering.

Impact: Became a benchmark in luxury retail tech. EVR solutions combined high fashion with gamification and generated a global media case for “retail of the future.”

Generative Texture Pipeline: Implemented AI tools (Stable Diffusion) to produce unique textures and prints, automating apparel design while preserving high artistic quality.

Massive Asset Production: Curated production of 15,000+ unique 3D assets for Ready Player Me avatars, with procedural properties that prevent duplicates across the ecosystem.

Visual Identity in Web3: Built a distinct metaverse visual identity for music audiences and digital fashion culture.

Concept: Built an immersive corporate event for Pixonic inspired by “The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy.” The core challenge was combining remote live streaming and on-site executive presence within one real-time virtual space.

Key Elements:

Chromakey-free Mixed Reality: Replaced traditional green screen with advanced compositing, allowing presenters to exist in complex lighting that physically interacted with skin and clothing, blurring real and 3D space.

Real-time Environment Morphing: Used Unreal Engine for instant location changes. The stage transformed from spaceship to alien planet with no broadcast pauses.

Interactive Live Interaction: Integrated employee chat and game mechanics directly into visuals, where audience actions affected studio screens in real time.

Impact: Won Grand Prix at “Event of the Year” and set a benchmark for hybrid events, proving high-end virtual production can be mobile, efficient, and highly engaging.

Scope: 6-hour Live Broadcasts | Multi-user XR Stands

Concept: Technical and creative production for major national business forums (SPIEF, “Russia” Forum) under high-load conditions and strict reliability requirements for XR broadcasting.

Key Elements:

Continuous XR Broadcasting: Produced and administered 6+ hour live broadcasts where speakers performed inside fully generated digital worlds, coordinating dozens of engineers and render servers.

High-Stakes Production: Delivered interactive XR stands for Sber and RZD to visualize complex industrial and financial systems with executive-level stakeholders and strict timelines.

Interactive Data Viz: Converted static forum statistics into dynamic graphics floating around speakers, creating a contemporary visual language for live broadcast.

Impact: Validated expertise in national-scale production and demonstrated the ability to scale complex XR systems for large audiences without compromising quality or stability.

Concept: Created a virtual studio for BBC’s flagship Tokyo Olympics broadcast. The main challenge was achieving photoreal graphics in live broadcast so viewers perceived the environment as fully real, even though presenters were in an empty studio in Salford.

Key Elements:

Photorealistic Environment: Together with Synthact, we built a highly detailed 3D world inspired by Japanese architecture and Tokyo aesthetics, with real-time lighting and reflections in Unreal Engine 4.27.

Complex Data Integration: Implemented dynamic titles and AR overlays displaying athlete stats and results directly inside the virtual studio space.

Live Broadcast Stability: Coordinated a complex pipeline combining Mo-Sys camera tracking with real-time rendering, maintaining frame-accurate virtual-to-real sync on air.

Impact: The project was praised for visual quality and became a benchmark case for how virtual production transforms sports broadcasting into a more flexible, cinematic, and cost-efficient format.
